Refund policy

Exchanges & Returns:

 Before making an exchange or return, you must comply with the following:

 

• You must contact us through an email to beuniqueboutiquepr@gmail.com, indicating the reasons and send a photo of it.

 

• The part will be inspected to determine if it qualifies for a return or exchange, it cannot be used and must be in the original packaging. (If you comply with the afore mentioned, you will be given credit in the store, no money is returned)

 

• Pieces dispatched correctly do not have an exchange or return, you must be sure of the sizes and measurements you have selected.

 

• You are responsible for the shipping cost.

 

• Custom pieces, clearance and screens are not refundable.

 

 Be Unique will give you 3 days after you receive your order to make a claim.

 

  **** REMEMBER that although the pieces are of good quality between Stainless Steel, Gold Plated, or Brass, not everybody tolerates these materials, it is very important that the pieces are well cared for a longer life.
